
The Non-Profit Leadership Accelerator™ operates on a hybrid model that combines intensive cohort-based learning with individualized coaching sessions and support through peer learning circles which enhances overall leadership development.

Monthly coaching sessions (60 minutes each) provide valuable opportunities for both individuals and teams. These coaching sessions focus on: personalized leadership development planning based on neuroscience assessments, goal-setting and accountability systems utilizing brain-based motivation techniques, and strategies for stress management and burnout prevention. Additionally, participants can engage in peer learning circles to enhance their growth and collaboration.

Facilitated small-group coaching sessions enable: Cross-organizational knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving through peer learning circles. Case study analysis of successful nonprofit transformations. Networking opportunities with potential collaboration partners. Leadership development through mentorship between experienced and emerging leaders.

A number of assessments are given to ensure that the program is both efficient and effective. Pre and post knowledge assessments are provided using industry validated instruments to determine program effectiveness on each participant. 360-degree feedback is solicited on individual leadership competencies. In addition, satisfaction surveys and focus groups are used to assess the programs efficiency.
